  • 1. Cabinet

    1.1 The fire resistance time of the cabinet materials should not be less than 240 minutes (internal and external fire resistance), and the overall barrier of the cabinet should not be broken by fire within 240 minutes (relevant certifications, such as UL, 3C, etc., or third-party authoritative reports should be provided);

    1.2 The whole cabinet shall meet the explosion-proof requirements of the whole cabinet EX EN-60079, and issue the explosion-proof certificate and test report;

    1.3 The cabinet (inner wall of the cabinet, inner wall of the leak-holding tank structure, inner wall of the fire door and the interface with the cabinet) must be leak-proof (or have a leak-proof coating) to avoid leakage of hazardous waste to the outside of the cabinet. The leak-proof area covers at least the extent to which hazardous wastes or their dissolved substances may be involved;

    1.4 The cabinet should be designed according to the coastal climate conditions of the construction site to meet the requirements of anti-corrosion, chemical resistance and weather resistance (the whole cabinet as a whole). The inner and outer walls (including the top) need to be coated with fluorocarbon paint, so that the cabinet can meet the relevant functional requirements under the premise of life of at least 10 years (normal use);

    1.5 The bottom of the cabinet is provided with multiple anchor points, which can be connected with the ground after being placed in the designated position, and should at least be able to withstand typhoon weather continuously;

    1.6 The cabinet structure should have rainwater diversion design, diversion trough, baffle, etc. The whole cabinet should not be in the wind and rain weather environment, there are water parts;

    1.7 The dustproof and rainproof grade of the electrical appliances and their components in the cabinet should be greater than IP53; The dustproof and rainproof grade of the electrical appliances and their components configured outside the cabinet should be greater than IP54;

    1.8 The electrical appliances and their components configured in the cabinet should have corrosion resistance and weather resistance;

    1.9 The cabinet should be equipped with a corresponding number of explosion-proof pressure relief devices according to different sizes, and it is strictly closed at normal times. When the pressure value of the pressure relief device is reached in the cabinet, the pressure relief device is opened; When the pressure in the cabinet is less than a certain value, the pressure relief device automatically closes.



    2. Fire doors

    2.1 Cabinets with Class-A fire doors shall have relevant certifications, such as UL, 3C, etc., or third-party authoritative reports;

    2.2 A ground device should be used to connect the door panel to the cabinet to eliminate static electricity and sparks that may be caused by friction and collision during the fire door switch.

    2.3 The explosion-proof glass observation window shall have the same relevant certification as the fire door, such as UL, 3C, etc., or a third-party authoritative report.

    2.4 The cabinet door is equipped with a corresponding electromagnetic door suction, which can keep the door open for personnel to load and unload; Includes open and close door switches.


    3. Leakage recovery system

    3.1 The bottom of the box is a complete steel leak tray, in accordance with EPA 40 CFR 264.175 environmental protection law. At the same time, the bottom of the cabinet is designed with a drain valve. When a large number of leaks, the valve can be opened to discharge, and a small number of leaks can be absorbed by the corresponding adsorption products.

    3.2 The top of the leakage tray is evenly laid with hot-dipped zinc steel grille, and the designed bearing capacity of the grille is 1300Kg/m²


    4. Static electricity, lightning protection system

    4.1 The door of the cabinet is provided with a human static electricity release column, which is connected with the main body of the cabinet, and is used for staff to touch the static charge carried on the body before entering, so as to prevent static electricity hazards.

    4.2 A lightning arrester is installed in the cabinet to prevent lightning hazards.

    4.3 Lightning protection effect must be tested by a qualified third-party organization.

    4.4 The lightning rod should be well fixed with the base, and the typhoon resistance level is the same as that of the main cabinet.

    4.5 Install a surge protector at the power supply of the cabinet.


    5. Intelligent control system

    5.1 The control system is configured with a full-color touch screen, which can display the status of various parameters in real time.

    5.2 The whole equipment is centrally controlled by the microcomputer system. According to the parameters set by the customer, the computer system automatically detects the parameters of each sensor in real time, and intelligent linkage control the fan, combustible gas sensor, the start and stop of the temperature control system, the switch of the access control and lighting system, the early warning and alarm functions.

    5.3 When the parameter indicator reaches the preset value, the control system sends a short message or voice warning notification to the administrator through the cloud management platform, so that users can handle the danger in advance.

    5.4 The control system supports APP login, and you can remotely view the operating status of the cabinet temperature, outside the cabinet temperature, air humidity, open state of the cabinet door, air conditioning status and current set temperature in the cabinet, and exhaust system exhaust and other operating status parameters.


    6. Video surveillance system

    6.1 Explosion-proof POE network camera (no less than 1.3 million pixels) is equipped inside and outside the cabinet, with ultra-high-definition 1080P resolution and night infrared monitoring function;

    6.2 The RJ45 network port is left to connect with the general monitoring system in the school;

    6.3 Video surveillance system with storage memory function, can record more than a month of monitoring data, can be viewed at any time on the mobile phone, computer.


    7. Sensor monitoring system

    7.1 The cabinet is equipped with explosion-proof temperature, humidity sensing device, explosion-proof combustible gas monitoring sensor device, explosion-proof VOC gas monitoring sensor device, explosion-proof temperature and smoke sensing device, with LED field data display function, for monitoring the internal environment of the cabinet;

    7.2 Each sensing device can monitor the interior of the cabinet in real time for 24 hours. When the indicator reaches the set safety value, various disposal measures and alarms are intelligently executed through the control system.


    8. Ventilation and exhaust system

    8.1 The exhaust system has linkage function with the control system. When the control system detects that the internal indicators exceed the standard, the exhaust system will automatically start. The fan base is equipped with shock absorption measures.

    8.2 The fan has passed Ex explosion-proof certification, AC 220V, power 180W, speed 1450 (r/mim), blade diameter 300mm, air volume 24m cubic meters /min, anti-corrosion grade: WF1, with shutter flap at the end of the air duct;

    8.3 When the air inlet is automatically closed at 74 ° C, the fire resistance time after closure should not be less than 90 minutes (internal and external fire resistance), and relevant devices should have relevant certifications, such as UL, 3C, etc., or third-party authoritative reports;

    8.4 When the air outlet is automatically closed at 74 ° C, the fire resistance time after closure should not be less than 90 minutes (internal and external fire resistance), and relevant devices should have relevant certifications, such as UL, 3C, etc., or third-party authoritative reports;

    8.5 The air inlet duct is filled with automatic expansion materials. After a fire occurs, the expansion materials automatically block the air duct. The refractory time of the expanded material is not less than 90 minutes, and a third-party authoritative report is required.


    9. Emergency eye wash and shower system

    9.1 Composite emergency spray eye washer, made of 304 stainless steel, installed on the outside side of the cabinet door, can arrive within 5S in emergency, need to continue to stabilize the water flow, 1 second quick barrier-free start.

    9.2 The eye washer should have a water drain device, which can discharge the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing in cold weather.

    9.3 The combined eye washer must have CSA certificate and test report.


    10. Temperature control system

    10.1 The cabinet wall is equipped with 100mm thick Class A fire insulation material to prevent the internal temperature from overheating when the temperature is too high.

    10.2 The cabinet is equipped with explosion-proof air conditioning, which can effectively control the temperature in the cabinet when the room temperature is too high or too low. Explosion-proof split air conditioning: rated voltage 220V50Hz, using Midea, Gree and other brands of air conditioning. Provide a copy of the explosion-proof certificate of the air conditioner.

    10.4 Fire insulation materials Provide a copy of the fire and energy saving insulation board test report issued by the quality supervision and inspection center, and the fire rating should be reflected in the test report.


    11. Fire extinguishing system

    11.1 The cabinet is equipped with an automatic fire extinguishing device, which covers the entire interior of the cabinet. When the indoor temperature reaches 70℃, the temperature sensing element will burst automatically, and the fire extinguishing agent will be automatically sprayed into the protected area to extinguish the fire.


    12. Explosion-proof power supply system

    12.1 The explosion-proof power supply system consists of explosion-proof LED lights, explosion-proof emergency lights, explosion-proof safety exit lights, explosion-proof sound and light alarms and other explosion-proof devices. All circuits in the cabinet shall be installed in accordance with the explosion-proof requirements GB3836.

    12.2 The relevant devices shall have the explosion-proof certificate (available online) and test report issued by the explosion-proof product Quality supervision and inspection Center.


    13. Filter device

    13.1 After the gas containing VOC in the cabinet is discharged by the filter device, the gas entering the environment meets the requirements of GB16297 and GB14554;

    13.2 The filter device contains or can add small equipment: (example) activated carbon adsorption box, filter unit, photooxygen equipment, air purifier, etc.;

    13.3 If the placement of the filter device can reduce noise or is otherwise necessary, the filter device can be set outside the cabinet independently.


    14. Signage

    14.1 Safety warning signs and labels shall be made of corrosion-resistant materials;

    14.2 Set up warning labels and labels according to GB15562.2 and GHS or other authoritative standards of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labelling of Chemicals.


    15. Product insurance

    15.1 The third party liability insurance for this product shall not be less than RMB 10 million.

    16. After-sales service and warranty

    16.1 Purchase product package installation and commissioning;

    16.2 Electrical parts warranty 1 year, cabinet warranty 10 years;
