Lithium Battery Charging Cabinet

The lithium battery charging cabinet produced  is applicable to the storage and charging of power tool batteries. It is suitable for the storage and charging of various specifications of lithium batteries for mainstream power tools on the market. The product strictly follows the FM6050 standard fireproof structure design, and meets the requirements of the American Occupational Safety and Health Association OSHA 1910.106 and the American Fire Protection Association NFPA 30 regulations.

1.Variable frequency exhaust ventilation ensures more efficient heat dissipation

The top of the cabinet is equipped with a variable-frequency, low-power axial flow fan for exhaust operations, effectively discharging the heat generated during battery charging. At the same time, the diagonal dual-channel exhaust pipe design is adopted, which can make the exhaust efficiency more efficient.

2.Lightning protection industrial sockets, more stable and safer

It is equipped with four sets of 8-bit new national standard industrial-grade PDU cabinet power sockets as standard, with separate line control, effectively preventing line overload and short circuit, and providing safety guarantee for battery charging.

3.Imported sensing system, more accurate temperature and humidity

High-precision temperature and humidity transmitter, equipped with imported sensors, supports RS485 signal output and meets the IP65 high protection level. When the device is turned on, it can monitor the temperature and humidity values inside the cabinet in real time. When the temperature and humidity exceed the set limit values, the built-in buzzer will automatically sound an alarm.

4.Highly sensitive smoke detector, rapid perception and prompt alarm

An independent photoelectric smoke detector is installed on the top of the cabinet, made of fire-resistant and certified flame-retardant materials, which is highly responsive. When the smoke detector detects smoke, the buzzer on the front of the cabinet will issue an audible and visual alarm. Meanwhile, the axial flow fan automatically stops working to prevent the leakage of smoke and fire sources.

5.Door control sensor, humanized energy-saving design

LED non-dazzling lighting fixtures are installed inside the cabinet to evenly illuminate the interior of the cabinet, making it convenient to take out and deliver batteries and tools. The door-controlled induction LED light features a humanized design and an automatic on/off mode, which better suits the usage habits of the staff.

6.Ventilation and leakage control are all included

The cabinet is equipped with four adjustable steel shelves as standard. The shelves are specially designed with regular ventilation holes to enhance the air circulation inside the cabinet and ensure good heat dissipation. The bottom of the cabinet is equipped with a PP leakage trough, which is used to hold corrosive liquids such as electrolyte produced by accidental battery leakage

7.Automatic fire extinguishing, preventing potential hazards before they occur

The interior of the cabinet is reserved with hanging points for installing suspended automatic fire extinguishers. Users can install suspended automatic fire extinguishers according to their actual usage needs.
