Waste liquid collection and storage cabinet

1.The cabinet body is a double-layer steel structure, meeting the FM standard requirements and conforming to the OSHA 29 CFR of the United States Occupational Safety and Health Administration

October 6, 1910 and the NFPA CODE 30 specification of the National Fire Protection Association of the United States.

2. The cabinet is equipped with two ventilation devices to effectively reduce the concentration of volatile substances and prevent fires (an automatic fire extinguishing device can also be optionally equipped).

3. The surface is treated with epoxy resin powder coating, which is bright, dust-proof, rust-proof and anti-corrosive.

4. The three-point interlocking lock on the cabinet door reduces friction or mechanical sparks and lowers the accumulation of static electricity.

5. It can be equipped with a safety padlock to achieve double-person double-lock management, which complies with the provisions of the "Regulations on the Safety Management of Hazardous Chemicals" of China.

6. The bottom is equipped with a polyethylene laboratory tray, which effectively prevents liquid leakage and complies with the leakage containment standards.

7. It is standard-equipped with a 20L HDPE waste liquid bucket from Sisbell for effective storage and transportation of waste liquid.

8. It is equipped with a standard battery liquid level alarm with its own power supply. When the waste liquid reaches the set value, it will generate an audible and visual alarm prompt.

9. PP cup slots are equipped on both sides of the top, which can effectively collect waste liquid and prevent corrosion. A PE tray is placed in the middle for storing small protective products.

10. The bottom is equipped with brake casters to ensure convenient movement of the equipment, and a handle is provided on the right side for easy movement and transportation.

11. A chemical compatibility table is posted at the top. By referring to this table, the hazards caused by the mixture of incompatible chemicals can be effectively avoided.

12. An FM-certified anti-static device can be optionally equipped.
